Refund Policy

At Yianas Nails,  your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide the highest quality nail and beauty services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, please review our refund and reservice policy below.

 

Service Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer cash refunds for any completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 3 days of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns with one of the following options:

  • Fix or reservice the original treatment free of charge

  • Offer an in-store credit for future services, if a fix is not possible

Please note:

  • Concerns reported after 3 days may not be eligible for correction or credit.

  • Reservice appointments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service.

 

Product Refunds

We accept returns on unopened and unused retail products within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

 

No Show & Late Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

  • No-shows may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule without a new booking deposit.
